My cakes are made using only the best ingredients. You can choose from Vanilla sponge with real Vanilla Italian meringue Buttercream and Raspberry or Strawberry conserve, real Chocolate Fudge cake using finest 70% cocoa solids chocolate or Lemon sponge with Lemon Buttercream and homemade Lemon Curd, and for wedding cakes I also do a carrot cake with walnuts or sultanas, and orange buttercream.
Rich fruit cake is also an option but a month's notice is needed.
If there is another flavour or combination you would like just ask!
Alcohol can also be included. Just name your poison!
NB Italian meringue buttercream is much lighter and less sweet than normal buttercream.
I do not use uncooked eggs in any part of my cake making.
All my cakes are iced using homemade flavoured fondant icing and decorated with handmade and hand painted decorations using only fully approved edible products. I now also do personally designed edible images for cakes too.
Wedding cakes tiers can be one flavour, or a combination of any of the above.
